Mandalas for the little ones: We paint mandalas for health and for the soul

Mandalas are a very old aid in meditation. Their origins go back to Indian and Tibetan traditions. In the Christian circle, they can be formed by the circular images found on the rose windows of medieval churches. The word "mandala" comes from the ancient Indian language and means "circle". The circle is the unchanging form of the mandala. Structures that have a center and develop either away from it or towards it find their order inside the circle. We don't have to look for mandalas only in pictures and art objects, but we can also discover them in nature. 27 mandalas intended primarily for smaller children animated by teddy bears, angels or unicorns, including instructions on how to work with them.
