An aromatherapy blend of 100% natural essential oils from our magical workshop. Discover the power of nature in every breath. We designed this balanced blend of essential oils especially for use in the sauna - it deepens relaxation, promotes body cleansing and calms the mind.
The mixture can also be used in an aroma lamp or aroma diffuser.

Use in the sauna: Mix 10-15 drops (or more, depending on the desired intensity of the scent and the size of the sauna) with 1 liter of water and pour over the hot stones. The scent will begin to release and create a beneficial atmosphere - clean, refreshing and harmonizing.
Essential oils are more or less insoluble in water. If we wanted to prepare aromatic water, we would first have to dissolve the essential oil in alcohol, after adding water it will become cloudy, which can be removed with talc. For use in a sauna, it is sufficient to mix the water with the essential oils before each use.

Warning: never pour undiluted essential oils on stones, they are concentrated and flammable. 

Effect of the mixture:

From our magical Nefertitis workshop: a blend of 100% natural essential oils of Eucalyptus globulus, Scots pine, lemon mint, lemon, lavender and rosemary. Ingredients: Eucalyptus globulus Bio essential oil, Pinus sylvestris, Mentha citrata, EO from the peels of Citrus limon, Lavandula latifolia and Rosmarinus officinalis.

Aroma: fresh aromatic, camphor-menthol with citrus notes.

Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and add a few drops of oil, about 5 - 10. If the scent is not intense enough, you can add more gradually. You can find a wide selection of aroma lamps here.

Notice:

• Do not use the essential oil mixture internally or on mucous membranes.

• Do not use undiluted oil mixture on the skin - risk of allergic reaction,

• avoid contact with eyes,

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

• Individuals with upper respiratory tract diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, lower respiratory tract diseases, such as bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, etc., and those with frequent headaches should use essential oils with caution.

• if used in diluted form on the skin (creams, ointments) - do not expose the skin to UV radiation,

• keep away from children and pets,

• Store at room temperature, i.e. between 15 and 25 °C,

• Use the oil mixture for a maximum of 2 years after opening.

Storage: Keep essential oil away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use near open flames. The dark bottle prevents oxidation, which leads to changes in the color, scent, and consistency of the EO. This will ensure the quality of the essential oil throughout its shelf life.
