By Nefertitis Inner Peace is a ritual aromatherapy blend of 100% essential oils of nutmeg, sweet orange and Himalayan cedar. It was created as a unique composition in our magical workshop By Nefertitis with the aim of creating a space for calming, relaxing and returning to inner balance. The warm spicy notes of nutmeg are combined with the delicate citrus joy of orange and the deep, stabilizing character of cedar, creating a harmonious, warm and soothing fragrance.

Note: the slight cloudiness of the mixture is a natural manifestation of mixing essential oils with different densities; it does not affect the quality, effect or shelf life.

Short meditation

From our magical workshop Nefertitis: a blend of 100% natural essential oils from nutmeg, sweet orange fruit and Himalayan cedar. Ingredients: essential oil Myristica fragrans fruit oil - ex fructibus (Indonesia), Citrus aurantium var. dulcis and Cedrus deodara.

Aroma: sweetly resinous, fresh citrus aroma with spicy notes. Sweet and warm.

Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and add a few drops of oil, about 5-10 half an hour before bedtime. If the scent is not intense enough, you can gradually add more. You can also use a ceramic aroma stone, which emits a softer scent than an aroma lamp, or an aroma diffuser. You can find a wide selection of aroma lamps here. The mixture is also suitable for evening meditation or relaxation.

Notice:

• Do not use the essential oil mixture internally or on mucous membranes.

• Do not use undiluted oil mixture on the skin - risk of allergic reaction,

• avoid contact with eyes,

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

• Individuals with upper respiratory tract diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, lower respiratory tract diseases, such as bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, etc., and those with frequent headaches should use essential oils with caution.

• if used in diluted form on the skin (creams, ointments) - do not expose the skin to UV radiation,

• keep away from children and pets,

• Store at room temperature, i.e. between 15 and 25 °C,

• Use the oil mixture for a maximum of 2 years after opening.

Storage: Keep essential oil away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use near open flames. The dark bottle prevents oxidation, which leads to changes in the color, scent, and consistency of the EO. This will ensure the quality of the essential oil throughout its shelf life.
