By Nefertitis COLD - a blend of essential oils for comfort during colds

An aromatherapy blend of 100% natural essential oils, ideal for use in aroma lamps and diffusers or for inhalation. We have designed and created a blend of essential oils specifically designed to relieve colds and flu. It combines the refreshing scent of citrus, balsamic forest notes with the spicy scent of rosemary.
Warning: not intended for children under 3 years of age.

Active mixtures:

• use for stuffy nose to make breathing easier,

• use for general relief from colds,

• use to freshen the air,

• You can add 3 to 5 drops of the mixture to hot water or chamomile or mint tea and use it for inhalation.

From our magical workshop Nefertitis: a blend of 100% natural essential oils of rosemary, silver fir and lemon. Ingredients: essential oil Rosmarinus officinalis, Abies alba and Citrus limon.

Aroma: aromatic herbal with balsamic and citrus notes.

Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and add a few drops of oil, about 5 - 10. If the scent is not intense enough, you can add more gradually. You can find a wide selection of aroma lamps here.

Notice:

• Do not use the essential oil mixture internally or on mucous membranes.

• Do not use undiluted oil mixture on the skin - risk of allergic reaction,

• avoid contact with eyes,

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

• Individuals with upper respiratory tract diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, lower respiratory tract diseases, such as bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, etc., and those with frequent headaches should use essential oils with caution.

• if used in diluted form on the skin (creams, ointments) - do not expose the skin to UV radiation,

• keep away from children and pets,

• Store at room temperature, i.e. between 15 and 25 °C,

• Use the oil mixture for a maximum of 2 years after opening.

Storage: Keep essential oil away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use near open flames. The dark bottle prevents oxidation, which leads to changes in the color, scent, and consistency of the EO. This will ensure the quality of the essential oil throughout its shelf life.
