An aromatherapy blend of 100% natural essential oils, ideal for an aroma lamp and aroma diffuser. We have designed and created a harmonious blend of carefully selected essential oils to support falling asleep and a peaceful sleep. Treat yourself to an evening ritual with a scent that will calm your thoughts and prepare your body and soul for a night's rest.

What you can expect from the mixture:

• a fragrant atmosphere for peaceful falling asleep and deeper sleep,

• relieving tension and stress after a hard day,

Usage: add 5-10 drops to an aroma diffuser or aroma lamp about 30 minutes before bedtime. The mixture is also suitable for evening meditation or relaxation.

From our magical workshop Nefertitis: a blend of 100% natural essential oils of lavender, clary sage and bergamot. Ingredients: Lavandula latifolia, Salvia sclarea and Citrus bergamia essential oils.

Aroma: sweetly floral, spicy with citrus notes.

Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and add a few drops of oil, about 5 - 10. If the scent is not intense enough, you can add more gradually. You can find a wide selection of aroma lamps here.

Notice:

• Do not use the essential oil mixture internally or on mucous membranes.

• Do not use undiluted oil mixture on the skin - risk of allergic reaction,

• avoid contact with eyes,

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

• Individuals with upper respiratory tract diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, lower respiratory tract diseases, such as bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, etc., and those with frequent headaches should use essential oils with caution.

• if used in diluted form on the skin (creams, ointments) - do not expose the skin to UV radiation,

• keep away from children and pets,

• Store at room temperature, i.e. between 15 and 25 °C,

• Use the oil mixture for a maximum of 2 years after opening.

Storage: Keep essential oil away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use near open flames. The dark bottle prevents oxidation, which leads to changes in the color, scent, and consistency of the EO. This will ensure the quality of the essential oil throughout its shelf life.
