Uses: The essential oil is used for calming and improving sleep. In households, it is used to repel insects.
Lavender is used in the form of an infusion for digestive problems and to calm restlessness and irritation, for minor sleep disorders, and in the form of essential oil as a fragrance enhancer for topical preparations such as ointments and creams.
