A warming, spicy and slightly sweet aromatherapy blend inspired by winter chai. Winter Chai combines juicy sweet orange with spicy ginger, exotic cardamom and delicately spicy nutmeg. The result is a scent that will warm the body and mood, promote a sense of comfort and provide energy during cold days. Ideal for autumn and winter, for moments of slowing down and as support for discomfort in the abdomen or lower back.

Who is the mixture not suitable for?

• For children under 6 years old,

• for pregnant women without consulting a specialist,

How is the mixture used?

The mixture is primarily intended to be diluted in a carrier oil, such as almond, jojoba, coconut, etc. Don't have any at home? No problem. Feel free to use olive or sunflower oil, the same one that is intended for cooking, salads, frying.

Recommended dilution: adults: 1–2%, i.e. approx. 1–2 drops in 10 ml of carrier oil.

Application:

• on the wrist - to support mood,
• on the abdomen - gentle massage when feeling discomfort,
• on the hips - for a warming effect,
• on the solar plexus (upper abdomen) - when you need inner calm.

Wash hands after application and avoid contact with eyes.

The mixture can also be used in an aroma lamp or diffuser.

From our magical workshop Nefertitis: a blend of 100% natural essential oils of sweet orange, cardamom, nutmeg and ginger. Ingredients: Citrus aurantium var. dulcis essential oil, Elettaria cardamomum, Myristica fragrans fruit oil - ex fructibus (Indonesia) and Zingiber officinalis Roscoe.

Aroma: warm, spicy-citrusy, slightly sweet.

The mixture can also be used for inhalation. Pour water into the bowl of the aroma lamp and add a few drops of oil, about 5 - 10. If the scent is not intense enough, you can add it gradually. You can find a wide selection of aroma lamps here.

• Do not use the essential oil mixture internally or on mucous membranes.

• Do not use undiluted oil mixture on the skin - risk of allergic reaction,

• avoid contact with eyes,

• If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your pharmacist or doctor.

• Individuals with upper respiratory tract diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, lower respiratory tract diseases, such as bronchial asthma, COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease), bronchitis, etc., and those with frequent headaches should use essential oils with caution.

• if used in diluted form on the skin (creams, ointments) - do not expose the skin to UV radiation,

• keep away from children and pets,

• Store at room temperature, i.e. between 15 and 25 °C,

• Use the oil mixture for a maximum of 2 years after opening.

Storage: Keep essential oil away from direct sunlight and heat. Do not use near open flames. The dark bottle prevents oxidation, which leads to changes in the color, scent, and consistency of the EO. This will ensure the quality of the essential oil throughout its shelf life.
