Akvapras pendant silver Ag 925 KO93
Beautiful silver pendant made of rare aquaprase. Ag 925. Aquaprase is a beautiful variety of chalcedony, originating from Africa, combining blue-green and brown. Thanks to the unusual combination of colors, sky blue combined with green and brown, each piece is unique, some may contain milky white inclusions resembling sea waves, or islands floating in the sea, or clouds in the sky. Thanks to its appearance, the stone is unusually beautiful and unmistakable. You are buying the jewelry pictured.
The Gemological Institute of America tested aquaprase and concluded that it was in no way a synthetic stone, but a purely natural semi-precious stone, named after the blue color of water, “aqua,” and the green color, “prase” (derived from the Greek term for green). The term “prase” is used to describe a particular shade of green (similar to leek, for example).
